  • Getting a Refund for Your Born Nouli Order

    We trust you will be delighted with your Born Nouli purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

    If approved (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed. 

    Return postage is to be covered by the customer and we do recommend using a trackable returns service.

    Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns which are found to have make-up stains, are washed or have any noticeable smells or marks (including sweat marks) on the garment.

     

    Exchanging Your Born Nouli Order

    Please return the garment to us with a note detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for.

    The items must be sent back in perfect condition – unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

    All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service. Please note, we recommend Royal Mail as some courier companies do not delivery to PO BOX addresses. 

    Once your return is received, has been inspected, your exchange will be processed.  Please allow 3 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch.

    What If My Born Nouli Order Is Damaged or Wrong?

    Which delivery services do you use and how long will it be until I receive my order?

    United Kingdom

    Standard UK delivery is £2.95. This covers postage, packaging and the fulfilment company picking and packing your order.  We offer FREE UK delivery with every order over £50.00. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
    

    After placing your order, please allow 5 working days for us to prepare, ship and deliver your order. We are currently dispatching orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. If your order is placed at a weekend it will be dispatched on Monday.

     

    Europe Tracked & Signed Delivery £10.35

    Royal Mail International Signed For - Aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. In the current pandemic this could be 1 week to 3 weeks depending on your delivery country.  

    Worldwide Tracked & Signed Delivery £15.00
