Online sizing is one of those tricky things which is why we have designed a guide for you above.

Our leggings have been engineered using luxurious, high-performance compression fabrics that are luxuriously soft and super stretchy to slim and support your body. They have been designed for style, comfort and performance and the perfect fit should be firm and smooth.

Due to the compression nature of the fabric, a Born Nouli legging should be a little wiggle to get on and when on they should fit like a second skin and not budge, whether you are working out or chilling out. They can initially feel snug on first wear (due to the compression nature of the fabric) but the fabric almost "pops" after a few minutes of wear and movement. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Found my holy grail!

These leggings are absolutely perfect for me. They are incredibly soft, comfortable yet strong and at 5’4” the 7/8 length is perfect for wearing them with no show socks and trainers, or with longer socks when the weather is cooler. Im a fan.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and a sweatshirt the air soft and wildecat leggings are fabulous. Both are squat proof and fit like a second skin. I'm a size 14 both the medium and large work for me medium being a snugger fit. The sweatshirt is very similar to a much more expensive branded one I have and just as good a quality so I'm a convert! Again I bought medium as wanted it oversized but not too much.
The only slight issue I have is I would have preferred a higher waist band, as it did seem a bit low. I would recommend these products and will definitely purchase again.

Super quick service and on an exchange. Luxurious leggings used for pilates. Bought the cycling shorts too, which are super comfy for high intensity training sessions.
