Online sizing is one of those tricky things which is why we have designed a guide for you above.

Our leggings have been engineered using luxurious, high-performance compression fabrics that are luxuriously soft and super stretchy to slim and support your body. They have been designed for style, comfort and performance and the perfect fit should be firm and smooth.

Due to the compression nature of the fabric, a Born Nouli legging should be a little wiggle to get on and when on they should fit like a second skin and not budge, whether you are working out or chilling out. They can initially feel snug on first wear (due to the compression nature of the fabric) but the fabric almost "pops" after a few minutes of wear and movement. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Randomly very high and uncomfortable waistband

I'm a PT and Pilates teacher who lives in Born Nouli leggings and I recommend them to my clients – I must have 20 pairs in rotation, including shorts. Every now and then, something that's apparently the same size and style has a higher waistband than usual, creeeping up my ribcage, digging in and making it uncomfortable and awkward. This, sadly, was one of those occasions. I don't find out until I've worn a pair for some hours (I wear leggings all day, every day – it's my uniform), so can't return them. I pass them on to longer-waisted clients and keep my fingers crossed that that next pair is kinder to me. Most of them are, or I wouldn't keep coming back for more.

Amazing service

The leggings I ordered were lovely, but I had ordered them not realising they didn't have side pockets. I returned them requesting an exchange for a different pair and recieved the replacement literally 3 days later. They are perfect! Will definitely be buying more in different colours!

Not for pear-shapes

Obviously I can only rate based on my own experience and the leggings themselves seemed good quality but as a small waisted bigger hipped woman, I found that the leggings didn’t stay up around my waist which essentially made them too long on my torso. As a side note I love the yoga trousers and have kept them.
