    • Getting a Refund for Your Born Nouli Order

      We trust you will be delighted with your Born Nouli purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

      Our returns address is : Born Nouli Returns, PO BOX 10590, Newark, NG24 9PA 

      If approved (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed. 

      All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service. Please note, we recommend Royal Mail as some courier companies do not delivery to PO BOX addresses. 

      Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns which are found to have make-up stains, are washed or have any noticeable smells or marks (including sweat marks) on the garment.

       

      Exchanging Your Born Nouli Order

      Please return the garment to us with a note detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for.

      The items must be sent back in perfect condition – unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

Fab Sweatpant

Nice pair of sweatpant - very comfy (in fact the fabric feels super smooth), sits nicely around the waist, cute leg cuffs and colour (beige white) goes with a lot of other colours. I'd feel comfortable enough to wear these on a school run with a denim jacket or similar - can be dressed up or down in my opinion. Very happy!

Fantastic clothing & service to match

I have purchased from Born Nouli lots of times. Every time I am so pleased with the quality. More recently I have purchased some of the leisure lounge wear, I’ve been tempted for a while & decided to go for it. I am so pleased with the quality. Super soft material and flattering cuts. I went for the sweatshirt in Navy & I’m tempted to get it in the oatmeal too. The yoga pants are lovely too. I’m always pleased with the leggings. I’ve had the ones with pockets & without and both are fab. Rival the much more pricey competitors (SB). I also wanted to give a shout out to Hayley who has always given amazing customer service. It’s great to see a company retaining the personal touch with high levels of customer service. Highly recommend.

Best lounge wear I have ever bought

This set of super soft lounge wear has everything you want. The material is light weight and soft yet warm to wear. The detail on the cuffs in the leg make them such a flattering design and the material hangs brilliantly over the body making it look great on the bum. I would recommend these sweatpants to everyone.
